§ 40-3-703 — Benefits and extended benefits paid from unemployment

security fund. BENEFITS AND EXTENDED BENEFITS PAID FROM UNEMPLOYMENT SECURITY FUND. All regular benefits and extended benefits, as defined by this act, paid to individuals who were employees of the state and political subdivisions and their instrumentalities and which were based on wages paid by the state and political subdivisions and their instrumentalities shall be paid from the benefit account of the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
