DETERMINATIONS IN LABOR DISPUTE CASES. Whenever any claim involves the application of the provisions of Section 2-410, the representative of the Commission first considering the claim shall, if so directed by the Commission, promptly transmit such claim and all filed objections thereto to an appeal tribunal which shall make a determination upon the issues involved under that section. Such appeal tribunal shall make the determination thereon after affording the claimant and each employer who filed an objection an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with the provisions of this section with respect to hearings and determinations of appeal tribunals.
