FILING OF EMPLOYER PROTEST AND DOCUMENTS.

A.An employer may file a statement of objections to the claim of a former employee at any time from the moment of discharge or separation from employment until the expiration of the ten-day time period set out in subsection E of Section 2-503 of this title. The statement of objections must contain a statement of specific facts and documentation which: 1. Disclose the name and Social Security number of the employee; 2. Make the claimant ineligible for benefits under Sections 2- 201 through 2-210 of this title; 3. Disqualify the claimant for benefits under Sections 2-401 through 2-419 of this title; or 4. Relieve the employer from being charged for the benefit wages of this claimant.
