profiling. FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE IN REEMPLOYMENT SERVICES THROUGH PROFILING. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission shall establish and utilize a system of Re-employment Services and Eligibility Assessment selection for all ex-military service claimants and for unemployment benefit claimants who will be likely to exhaust unemployment benefits and who will need job-search assistance services to make a successful transition to new employment. Any claimant who has been referred to re-employment services pursuant to the selection system and who fails to participate in the re- employment services made available to the claimant, shall be disqualified to receive benefits for each week in which the failure occurs, unless the Commission determines that: 1.
