WAGES SUBTRACTED FROM BENEFIT AMOUNT. Each eligible individual who is unemployed with respect to any week ending after July 1, 1994, shall be paid with respect to such week a benefit in an amount equal to the weekly benefit amount of the individual less that part of the wages, if any, payable to the individual with respect to such week which is in excess of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Each individual claiming benefits shall report all wages that the individual has been or will be paid for work performed during any week in which the individual claims unemployment benefits, regardless of the source or amount.
