Text

It shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense for any railroad, company or any other person, firm, or corporation, using steam boilers, to command, order or permit by themselves or their agents, any of their employees to enter any steam boiler, firebox or smoke chamber thereto, for the purpose of repairing or cleaning the same or for any other purpose when the same is under steam pressure.
