§ 40-180 — Penalty.
Oklahoma·Title 40 Labor
Every person or corporation, or manager, superintendent, foreman or agent of any person or corporation, who shall fail or refuse to comply with the provisions of the preceding section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); and each day that said person or corporation, or its manager, superintendent, foreman or agent shall refuse or fail to comply with the provisions of said section shall constitute a separate and distinct violation thereof.
