investigations – Inspection of facilities – Cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

A.Except as authorized in the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act, the Oklahoma Lottery Commission is subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Records Act. The Commission may determine which information relating to the operation of the lottery is confidential as provided in the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Such information includes trade secrets, security measures, systems, or procedures, security reports, information concerning bids or other contractual data, the disclosure of which would impair the efforts of the Commission to contract for goods or services on favorable terms, employee personnel information unrelated to compensation, duties, qualifications, or responsibilities, and information obtained
