Text
The board of trustees of the Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall: 1. Approve, disapprove, amend, or modify the budget recommended by the executive director for the operation of the Commission; 2. Approve, disapprove, amend, or modify the terms of major lottery procurements recommended by the executive director; 3. Hear appeals of hearings required by the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act; 4. Promulgate rules relating to the conduct of lottery games; and 5. Perform such other functions as specified by the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act.
