Text

It is the intent of the people of the State of Oklahoma: 1. That net proceeds of lottery games conducted pursuant to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act shall be used to support improvements and enhancements for educational purposes and programs and that such net proceeds shall be used to supplement rather than replace existing resources for educational purposes and programs; 2. That there shall be created a public body, corporate and politic, known as the Oklahoma Lottery Commission, with powers as defined in the Oklahoma Education Lottery Act which shall be exercised for the benefit of the State of Oklahoma, and with requirements for full public disclosure of its operations and finances; 3.
