§ 3A-619 — Annual report.
Oklahoma·Title 3A Amusements And Sports
Beginning February 1, 2000, the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission shall file an annual report of combative sports activities in Oklahoma with the Governor, the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Said report shall include, but not be limited to, the amount of revenue collected, the number of permits and licenses issued and revoked, the number of violations of the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission Act, and the number of professional combative sports events, amateur mixed martial arts events and amateur kickboxing events conducted.
