§ 3A-407 — Refusal to issue, denial of renewal, suspension, or

A.The ABLE Commission shall refuse to issue, deny renewal of, suspend, or revoke any license for any one or more of the following reasons: 1. Obtaining a license from the Commission through fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of a material fact; 2. Noncompliance with the tax laws of this state; or 3. Failure to pay any fine levied by the Commission.
B.The Commission may levy fines or refuse to issue, deny renewal of, suspend, or revoke any license for any one or more of the following reasons: 1. Violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act, Section 401 et seq. of this title.
