A.The Commission shall refuse to issue, deny renewal, suspend, or revoke a distributor license or a manufacturer license for any individual who: 1. Is not a citizen of the United States; or 2. Has been convicted, pled guilty, or pled nolo contendere to a felony pursuant to the laws of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any state or territory of the United States.
B.The Commission shall refuse to issue, deny renewal, suspend or revoke a distributor license or a manufacturer license for a partnership if a partner of the partnership has been convicted, pled guilty, or pled nolo contendere to a felony pursuant to the laws of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any state or territory of the United States.
