§ 3A-205.7 — Wagering on out-of-state races.

A.The Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission may authorize an organization licensee to accept wagers on the results of out-of- state full racing programs for simulcast races as follows: 1. On days when the organization licensee is conducting live racing, the licensee may accept wagers on out-of-state full racing programs during the hours when it is conducting live racing, and may accept wagers on the results of out-of-state full racing programs during the hours it is not conducting live racing; 2.
a.On days when the organization licensee is not conducting live racing, the licensee may accept wagers on the results of out-of-state full racing programs, provided that the number of days, not included in its race meeting, which an organization licensee may be authorized to accept wagering pursuant
