§ 3A-205.2a — Ownership interest in organization license.

Whenever an organization license to conduct a horse race meeting has been issued, no person shall in any manner become the owner or holder, directly or indirectly, of any shares of stock or certificates or other evidence of ownership of any interest in such organization licensee without first having obtained the approval of the Commission. The Commission may, after hearing, revoke such organization license granted to any person which shall register on its books in the name of any person its shares of stock or certificates or other evidence of ownership of any interest in such organization licensee without the approval of the Commission having first been obtained, or which shall knowingly permit a person to be directly or indirectly interested in its shares of stock or certificates or other
