§ 3A-204.1B — Equine Drug Testing Revolving Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, to be designated the "Equine Drug Testing Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, from appropriations made to the Commission for deposit in the fund and monies paid by organization licensees to the Commission pursuant to assessments made by the Commission for equine drug testing. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission for the purpose specified in paragraph 14 of subsection A of Section 204 of this title.
