licensed premises – Penalties. Any licensee permitting a person to be drunk or intoxicated on the licensee's licensed premises shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction punishable by a fine in an amount not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
