§ 37A-5-131 — Alcoholic beverage not labeled in conformity with

rules. The bottling, packaging, sale or possession by any licensee of any alcoholic beverage not labeled in conformity with such rules and the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall be grounds for suspension, revocation or cancellation of the license.
