§ 37A-5-130 — Authority to promulgate rules on labeling of alcoholic

beverages. The ABLE Commission is hereby authorized to promulgate rules governing the labeling of alcoholic beverages bottled, packaged, sold or possessed for sale within this state, not inconsistent with the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.
