Governance Revolving Fund.

A.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be known as the "Alcoholic Beverage Control Fund" which shall consist of revenues collected by the state from license and registration fees, with any interest, fines or penalties levied and collected by the ABLE Commission pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act; provided, the first Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) of such revenues collected each fiscal year shall be deposited to the Community-Based Substance Abuse Revolving Fund and the next Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) of such revenues collected each fiscal year shall be deposited in the Prevention of Youth Access to Alcohol Revolving Fund.
