Text
Act. All sheriffs, marshals and police officers, all district and city or town attorneys and all employees of the ABLE Commission, shall diligently enforce all provisions of the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. If any such person shall fail or refuse to do or perform any duty required by the provisions of such statutes, he or she shall be removed from office as hereinafter provided. In all cases where any sheriff, marshal, police officer, district or city or town attorney shall fail or refuse to perform any such duty, a petition shall be filed in the district court of the county wherein such person resides, in the name of the state, upon the recommendation of a grand jury or on the relation of the board of county commissioners or of any attorney appointed by the Governor under the
