A.On the first business day of every month, every wine and spirits wholesaler shall electronically publish and distribute its price catalog to the ABLE Commission, to all licensees who have purchased alcoholic beverages from the wine and spirits wholesaler within the past sixty (60) days, and to any on-premises or off- premises licensee who requests an electronic copy of the same. Every price catalog shall contain the sales price of every item offered for sale by brand name, size, proof and type of alcoholic beverage, as well as any transportation, handling and other charges to be assessed for the delivery of the products. In addition, every price catalog shall contain the effective date of the price catalog, as well as the name, physical address, office phone number and facsimile number
