The operation and maintenance of a brewpub is subject to the following conditions: 1. No person shall be permitted to own or operate a brewpub without first paying the required fees set forth in Section 13 of this act and obtaining a proper brewpub license from the ABLE Commission in the manner provided in the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Control Act; 2. Each brewpub licensee shall comply with all other applicable state and local license and permit requirements; and 3. In order to qualify for a brewpub license, a brewer or manufacturer must meet the definition of a small brewer.
