Text

Conviction of a felony for which a pardon has been granted, shall not constitute grounds for the denial or revocation of any license issued by the ABLE Commission. Unless otherwise provided by law, any person who has received a pardon for a felony conviction shall be eligible to apply for, receive and renew any license granted by the ABLE Commission, which by law is denied to a convicted felon, if: 1. The person meets all other qualifications and requirements for obtaining and maintaining the license; and 2. The person has not been convicted of any other felony or felonies for which a pardon has not been granted.
