§ 36-6818 — Designation of or contract with organization to serve as
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
statistical agent. The Insurance Commissioner may designate or contract with a qualified organization to serve as the statistical agent for the Commissioner to analyze the information provided pursuant to Sections 12 and 13 of this act.
