Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
examinations, deposits and solvency regulation. Every Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement shall comply with Articles 15 through 19 and Sections 309.1 through 309.7, 311.1 and 619 of this title which pertain to examinations, deposits and solvency regulation.
