§ 36-6211 — Form of license - Contents.
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
The license of an adjuster shall be in a form prescribed by the Insurance Commissioner. The license shall contain: 1. The name and mailing address of the adjuster; 2. Indication as to whether the adjuster is licensed as an insurance adjuster or as a public adjuster; 3. The date of issuance and the date of expiration of the license; 4. The classes of business the license is to cover; and 5. Other information which the Commissioner deems necessary.
