A.The Commissioner may issue a license to an insurance adjuster or a public adjuster in accordance with the provisions of the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act.
B.A firm, association, company, or corporation shall be licensed only as an adjuster. In the case of a firm each general partner and each other individual to act for the firm pursuant to the license, and in the case of a corporation, association, or company each individual to act for the corporation, association, or company pursuant to the license, shall be named in the license and shall qualify therefor as though an individual licensee.
