Text
General - Notification of certain violations. Any insurer which has reason to believe that a person has engaged in or is engaging in an act or practice that violates any workers' compensation fraud statute or administrative rule of this state shall immediately notify the Workers' Compensation Fraud Unit of the Office of the Attorney General.
