Text
If a person fails to pay a penalty assessed under the provisions of Sections 6103.1 through 6103.11 of this title, the Insurance Commissioner may: 1. Institute in the district court of Oklahoma County a civil suit to recover the civil penalty; or 2. Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, cancel or revoke any permit, license, certificate of authority, certificate of registration or other authorization issued pursuant to the Oklahoma Insurance Code.
