§ 36-4082 — Issuance of annuities not to constitute certain
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
agreements, contracts or combinations. The issuance of a qualified charitable gift annuity by a qualified charitable organization is not an act, agreement, contract, or combination in the form of trust, or otherwise, or conspiracy in restraint of trade or commerce within this state.
