§ 36-4077 — Information required to be submitted to Insurance
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
Commissioner. Except as otherwise required by this act, a qualified charitable organization shall not be required to submit information to the Insurance Commissioner except as necessary to determine any penalties pursuant to Section 10 of this act.
