Text

A.Whenever the Insurance Commissioner has reason to believe or it appears that any person has violated subsection A of Section 2 of this act, the Insurance Commissioner may: 1. Revoke any license or registration issued or approved by the Insurance Commissioner; 2. Issue an ex parte cease and desist order under the procedures provided by Section 5 of this act; 3. Institute in the district court of Oklahoma County a civil suit for injunctive relief to restrain the person from continuing the violation; 4. Institute in the district court of Oklahoma County a civil suit to recover a civil penalty as provided for in Section 2 of this act; or 5. Exercise any combination of the acts provided for in this subsection.
