Text

An insurer, as defined in Section 3634.2 of Title 36 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall provide direct payment or reimbursement to a pharmacist licensed in this state for providing a health care service to an individual if: 1. The pharmacist provided any health care service he or she is licensed to perform in the practice of pharmacy, as defined in Section 353.1 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in this state; and 2. The health benefit policy, contract or agreement of the individual provides for payment or reimbursement of the service.
