Text

A.Each motor service club operating in this state pursuant to certificate of authority issued hereunder shall file with the Commissioner, within ten (10) days of the date of employment, a notice of appointment of any insurance producer or limited lines producer, resident or nonresident, appointed by the automobile club to sell memberships in the motor service club to the public. This notification shall be upon such form as the Commissioner may prescribe and shall contain the name, address, age, sex, and Social Security number of such club producer, and shall also contain proof satisfactory to the Commissioner that such applicant is not less than eighteen (18) years of age, is of good reputation, and has received training from the club or is otherwise qualified in the field of motor servic
