§ 36-3001 — Underwriters; forms of insurance authorized, articles of
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
agreements. "Underwriters" Defined. Individuals, partnerships, or associations of individuals, hereby designated "underwriters," are authorized to make any insurance as hereinafter provided, except life insurance or title insurance, on the Lloyd's plan, by executing articles of agreement expressing their purpose so to do, and complying with the requirements set forth in this article.
