terms. Such certificate shall be filed with the Insurance Commissioner, and a certified copy thereof signed by the Insurance Commissioner shall be evidence of the due incorporation and existence of such association for the purpose therein named, whereupon, the persons named in such certificate and the other members of such association may elect a president, secretary, treasurer, and not less than five nor more than fifteen directors, and such other officers as may be deemed necessary for the complete performance of all business and objects of the association.
