§ 36-2416 — Appeals from orders, rulings, or acts of insurance
Oklahoma·Title 36 Insurance
commissioner. Any association doing business in this state, under the provisions of this article, which may be dissatisfied with any notice, order, ruling or act of the Insurance Commissioner, may appeal from the same pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of this Code.
