Text

A.The Insurance Commissioner is hereby prohibited from appointing as supervisor or conservator during any period of supervision or conservatorship: 1. Any current or former officer, director, or employee of the insurer; and 2. Any person who is related to the Commissioner within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
B.The Commissioner is hereby prohibited from appointing as attorney for the insurer during any period of supervision or conservatorship: 1. Any current or former officer, director, or employee of the insurer; and 2. Any person who is related to the Commissioner within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
