§ 30-4-758 — Partition of real estate - Assent to - Approval of
Oklahoma·Title 30 Guardian And Ward
court. The guardian may join in and assent to a partition of the real estate of the ward with the written approval of the judge of the district court, whenever such assent may be given by any person.
