court. A conservator shall have the same powers and duties, including the submission of plans and reports, as a guardian or limited guardian of the property of an incapacitated or partially incapacitated person as required by the Oklahoma Guardianship and Conservatorship Act. All laws relative to the jurisdiction of the court over the estate of a person under guardianship as an incapacitated or partially incapacitated person, including the investment, management, sale or mortgage of his property and the payment of his debts, shall be applicable to the estate of a person under conservatorship.
