incapacitated person. Guardians of incapacitated and partially incapacitated persons are authorized and empowered subject to the dispositional order and the guardianship plan to sell and convey all or part of the homestead of the incapacitated or partially incapacitated person, and to lease all or part of the homestead of the incapacitated or partially incapacitated person for oil, gas, and other mineral exploration, development and production purposes and for agricultural purposes.
