§ 30-2-104 — Nomination of guardian by minor at 14 years of age -

Approval of court. When a guardian has been appointed by the court for a minor under the age of fourteen (14) years, the minor, at any time after he has attained age fourteen (14), may nominate his own guardian, subject to the approval of the court.
