§ 3-544 — Remedies to ensure compliance with act — Injunction.

The Board of Directors or any aggrieved person may have recourse to such remedies in law and equity as may be necessary to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Act, including injunctive relief to enjoin or restrain any person from violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Act, and any rules, resolutions, procedures, and orders adopted under the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Act. The court shall, upon proof of any such violation, have the duty to issue temporary and permanent injunctions as are necessary to prevent further violation thereof.
