members. No member of the Board of Directors shall be deemed to have an interest in any contract of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority with any person by reason of the fact that such Board member is related to such person or is a director, officer, employee, stockholder, partner or agent of such person. Contracts of the Authority with any such person shall not be invalid or unenforceable by reason of such interest, provided that each member of the Board shall have submitted to the Board a statement of the member’s interest in or relationship to such person prior to the approval or authorization of the contract by the Authority.
