Compensation.

A.The Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire by purchase, or condemnation, real property and such interest therein as may be necessary in its determination for the purpose of establishing, constructing, maintaining, or operating a spaceport and spaceport facilities, upon such terms and at such price as may be considered by the Authority to be reasonable and can be agreed upon between the Authority and the owner of the land. The Authority shall take title to the property in its name; provided, however, such right and title shall be limited to the surface rights only and shall not include oil or other mineral rights. B.
