Fund. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority to be designated the “Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Authority from private and public donations, contributions, gifts, and any monies appropriated or directed by law to be deposited thereto. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Authority for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Act, and any legitimate expenses of the Authority in the execution of such provisions.
