immunity — Exemption from Public Competitive Bidding Act.
A.The Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority, in effectuating the purposes of the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Act, shall be subject to the Administrative Procedures Act, the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, and the Oklahoma Open Records Act, except as provided in subsection B of this section.
B.Any information held by the Authority which is a trade secret, as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, including trade secrets of the Authority, any spaceport user, or the space industry, is confidential and may not be disclosed. If the Authority determines that any information requested by the public will reveal a trade secret, it shall, in writing, inform the person making the request of that determination.
