tampering with aircraft - Manipulating aircraft mechanisms.
A.A person not entitled to possession of an aircraft who, without the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the owner, temporarily or otherwise, of the aircraft or its possession, takes, uses or flies the aircraft, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
B.A person who, with intent and without right to do so, injures or tampers with any aircraft or in any other manner damages any part or portion of said aircraft or any accessories, appurtenances or attachments thereto, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
