Implementation of plan pursuant to Section 5-401. The Wildlife Conservation Commission shall immediately develop a plan to address the overpopulation of deer in various areas of this state. If the Commission determines pursuant to Section 5-401 of Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes that there is an overpopulation of deer in one or more of the areas, the Commission shall implement such portions of the plan as are appropriate pursuant to Section 5- 401 of Title 29 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
